Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed the review of the above referenced Notice of <br />Intent application. It appears that all issues have been addressed and the application meets the requirements of <br />the Act and Rules. Therefore staff is pleased to inform Jubilee Ventures that the Notice for the Jubilee Project is <br />considered adequate and complete. <br />Jubilee has accepted the reclamation liability bond estimate of $14,650.00. The bond is based on closing 80 drill <br />holes and reclamation of the process area for sampling. As noted in BLM discussions Jubilee will drill a <br />maximum of 40 holes and reclaim those. Jubilee must gain written approval from BLM and notify DRMS before <br />proceeding beyond the initial 40 holes. Please note that BLM must also issue its approvals prior to any <br />disturbance on site. <br />Per Rule 5.1.3(b), Jubilee Ventures has 60 (sixty) days to submit the bond from the date of this letter otherwise <br />the notice may be denied for failure to correct all deficiencies which includes the bond. Please submit a <br />Financial Warranty for a project "On BLM Lands" to the Division's Administrative Assistant Elizabeth Taliaferro in <br />the Denver Office.
