Woods & Sons, Inc. to Lake County for this operation. Lake County is now the permitted operator <br />of the Half Moon Pit and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-1977-071 as well as those specified in the Rules <br />and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is the following bond and the you originally provided. <br />Bond Type Bond Number Bond Amount <br />The Travelers Indemnity Company Corporate Surety 162E 145-5 $25,000.00 <br />This has been released as of the August 1, 1979 Division approval for the succession of operators.
