A decision regarding the need for a SDEIS should be made within <br />the next two months. <br />The DRMS' letter dated August 29, 2008, transmitted its comprehensive adequacy <br />review for the referenced permit application. By letter dated October 27, 2008, the <br />DRMS extended the decision deadline to July 15, 2009. The DRMS will not make a <br />final decision until right-of-entry is verified. Right-of-entry will be granted through the <br />record of decision on the environmental impact statement. The record of decision and <br />right of entry documents should be issued in August 2010 or January 2011 depending <br />on the need for a SDEIS.
