Cattany <br /> Division Director <br />RE: Trapper Mining, Inc., Permit C-81-010 Natural Resource Trustee <br />First Quarter 2009 Discharge Monitoring Reports Review <br />Dear Mr. Roberts, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The First Quarter Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 29 May 2009. The reports cover the time period <br />from 01 January 2009 through 31 March 2009. <br />Five NPDES outfalls discharged during the First Quarter of 2009. Outfall 011 discharged in response <br />to spring snowmelt occurring February through March. Outfalls 001, 002 and 020 discharged <br />routinely throughout the quarter. Outfall 021 discharged in response to snowmelt in mid March. <br />Outfalls 011, 020 and 021 were sampled for WET analyses during the quarter. No exceedances of <br />WET test limitations were observed. <br />It is noted that no exceedences of primary effluent limitations occurred at any outfall during the <br />quarter. <br />Thank you for the timely submittal. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
