The status of the <br />corrective actions reported by Lincoln County in regards to these problems is as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: Failure to delineate permit boundary with monuments. <br />This problem is considered resolved as a result of the Operator's submittal of photographs of <br />boundary markers. <br />Compliance Problem 2: Failure to seed the topsoil stockpile. <br />This problem is considered resolved as a result of the Operator's submittal of photographs of <br />seeding activities. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-3567 x8116 <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael A.
