I believe that during our conversation yesterday it became
evident that more time would be needed to respond to and address all of the adequacy items in a
proper and complete manner.
The May 14 Adequacy Review comment letter set a hearing date before the Mined Land Board
(if it was needed) as July 8t' or 9t'. Based on our discussion yesterday, I understand that the new
hearing date (again if needed) would be in September or October, either of which, would be
acceptable to us. You also mentioned that if more time was needed we could request another
extension if needed. Right now I believe we can achieve the necessary responses and completion
with the 90 day extension period.
I will also, per your request send our base line data on our monitoring wells along old Brighton
Road, along with a hard copy of this request.
Thanks for your visit yesterday and the constructive comments you made that will help in
bringing this permit application to a successful conclusion.
If there is any further information you need please contact me and I will respond. I look forward
to hearing back from you on the extension request.
Sinc ly;
Bill Timmons
General Manager
Boral Aggregates/ReadyMixed Concrete Company
