TR-4 <br />Dear Mr. Davis: <br />On ,May .21, 2009 the.Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on. February 23, 2009, addressing the following: <br />This revision updated and clarified the acreage designation amounts to account, for;future mining in <br />the Amendment 03. area and changed the configurations of the mining areas to create a wildlife <br />corridor for an endangered butter fly. Also, this revision increased the bond amount to accommodate <br />the future mining in the Amendment 03 area and to cover the current disturbed area. The bond <br />covers the various, stages/levels of disturbance throughout the life of'the mine. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1988- <br />044, All other conditionsand requirements of Permit No. M-1988-044 remain in full force and effect. <br />.:The`estimated liability amount of $1,083,044.00 exceeds the $881;944:00 performance bond. currently held. Ifyou have <br />not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $201,100.00.
