All terms
and conditions of on-going operations will remain the same with the exception of the
source of the ores that are to be treated at the processing facility.
As you have discussed with Mike Thompson, DGMC has made business arrangements
with Wildcat Mining Corp. (WMC) to process ores from WAM 's anticipated
prospecting-scale operations at the Mayday,Mine (M-1981-185). This activity will result
in`a miniscule volume of material that will require processing at the closed-circuit
leaching facility at the Incas mine.' The ores from WMC's anticipated operations have
identical mineralogical, geochemical, and geological characteristics as those that have
been treated at the Incas mine in the past, and at this time we do not anticipate any
changes to the processes or chemicals used for the treatment of WMC's ore.
In summary, the anticipated volume of material to be processed, the method of treatment,
and the disposal of tailings will be conducted in accordance-.with the existing permit
conditions. As a result, the only revision to the original permit will be the designation of
the ores to be processed.. This revision will not expand or amend any-other permit
conditions at the Incas mine.
Please consider this request. and contact myself, Mike Clements (WMC) at 858-483-
48'08,'or Mike Thompson (WMC) 970-565-0278 if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely;
Jim Bender
505-215-9228
CC: Mik ements/WMC
Mike Thompson/WMC
Kate Pickford/DRMS
COE0
MAY 2 0 2009
Division o; Nec=matioil,
Mining and Safety
