Dear Mr. Laird:
On May 15, 2009 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application submitted
to the Division on March 2, 2009, addressing the following:
Revise final configuration of lined ponds in cell 1, 2 and 4 and adjust bonding for reclamation.
The terms of the Technical Revision TR-03 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2004-
009. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2004-009 remain in full force and effect.
The estimated liability amount of $1,310,224.00 exceeds the $1,137,716.00 performance bond currently held. If you have
not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $172,508.00. The revision will not be final until the
bond is approved by the Division.
