Natural Resource Trustee <br />10100 Dallas St. <br />Henderson, CO 80640 <br />Re: Turnpike Mining Resource, Permit No. M-2004-009, Technical Revision Approval, Revision TR-03 <br />Dear Mr. Laird: <br />On May 15, 2009 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application submitted <br />to the Division on March 2, 2009, addressing the following: <br />Revise final configuration of lined ponds in cell 1, 2 and 4 and adjust bonding for reclamation. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision TR-03 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2004- <br />009. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2004-009 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $1,310,224.00 exceeds the $1,137,716.00 performance bond currently held. If you have <br />not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $172,508.00.
