Everist may withdraw the request to add additional affected acreage under a TR within 30 days and
the TR fee of $216.00 will be returned. Otherwise, at the end of 30 days (June 5, 2009) the TR will be denied
by rule, and the fee will not be refunded.
If Everist wishes to submit an application for a permit amendment to increase the affected acreage, please refer
to Section 1.10 - Amendment to a Permit in the Construction Materials Rule for the required procedure and
fees. In essence, the required submittals and fees are virtually identical to submitting an application for a new
permit.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-3567 x8140.
Sincerely,
g'- /,I I - -
Eric Scott
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Anthony Waldron - Senior Environmental Specialist
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
