Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety yesterday received your letter (sent via <br />fax) which states, in effect, that you are withdrawing your request for a hearing before the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board regarding the Division's proposed approval of TR-57. <br />The item has now been removed from the Board's agenda for May, and TR-57 is <br />officially approved for incorporation into the New Horizon Mine DRMS permit. <br />Thank you for your comments and for your valuable input into the permitting process, <br />especially as it relates to issues associated with Prime Farmland. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Marcia L.
