The building sites are 1.5 acres each for a total of 3.0 acres
plus or minus.
Item 2 - The material stockpiled in Stage 6 is our raw pit run gravel for processing. It
covers 10 to 12 acres and will be used throughout the life of the mine. The overburden
from Stage 3 is stockpiled on the plant site and is available for sale. Whitewater feels that
this material will not be used for reclamation.
Item 3 - Currently overburden from 3B is being stockpiled in the area of a TR issued in
2004 and is in a future extraction area. This overburden is within 500 feet of its final
reclamation site. By keeping overburden stockpiles within each Stage, and using the
extraction and set back areas, we will keep the haul distance to a minimum,
approximately 500 to 1000 feet. See Map enclosed for approximate locations.
Item 4 - Under the reconfiguration of mining Stages it will require 10 additional acres
more than our current permit which will be a total of 40 acres of surface disturbance.
Item 5 - Stages with completed grading and earthwork.
Stage 2A = 10.69 plus or minus acres.
Stage 3A = 2 plus or minus acres.
