Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety accepted Bluerock Energy's request to release the <br />above referenced Notice of Intent on March 26, 2009. The release notes no disturbances were done and <br />therefore Bluerock wished to withdrawal the project. <br />On April 22, 2009 the Division and BLM inspected the site to confirm no disturbance had occurred. <br />Site locations were found using GPS coordinates and file maps. No evidence of any new disturbances <br />was observed. Therefore DRMS notes the site is ready for release. <br />In order for the release to be finalized DRMS must have written confirmation of concurrence from <br />BLM. Once staff has the documentation the release of the site can be finalized.
