Outfall 001A/001W did not discharge during the period, as such no water quality samples
were collected.
Outfall 002A (sites 3001 and 300E) flowed each week of the period. A permit exceedance for total
suspended solids (TSS) was noted in November 2009. Unfortunately only one sample was
collected during the month (as required under the permit), so it could not be verified if that result
was an anomaly. This parameter has a good track record of passing permit requirements.
Please note that the previous October TSS concentration was 69 mg/L, and the following
December TSS concentration was 14 mg/L, both of which are below the 7day maximum of 110
mg/L and the 30 day average of 75 mg/L.
If you have any questions, please contact me directly at (970) 870-2750.
Very truly yours,
Brian A.
