Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. The <br />revision was called complete on April 16, 2009. The decision due date is April 26, 2009. <br />In Minor Revision No.98, Bowie Resources, LLC is proposing to continue quarterly subsidence <br />monitoring through 2009 for twenty subsidence monuments. These twenty monuments are used to <br />measure the cumulative subsidence effects from mining two coal seams.
