Please see that this email from Jay James is copied into the Laserfiche file for Seneca II SL-3 Bond Release. Jay has
correctly pointed out some errors on the bond release boundary map that was included in the proposed decision
document. He also provided a PDF file ("Corrected Release area map") with an updated Bond Release Area map Exhibit
A, which shows the correct boundaries for the 1213.1 acre proposed release area.
We will need to amend the findings document to replace the current map in Attachment 1 of the document with the
Corrected Release Area Map, and will need to provide notification and a copy of the replacement map to all recipients of
the original findings document. I'll figure out what we need to do procedurally to accomplish that, and let you know if 1
need your assistance.

Dan...Thank you for finalizing SL-3. During our review of the documentation, it was noted that the map showing the
Phase II release area does not include the entire 1213.1 acre release area. The figure in the Decision Document doesn't
show all of BRB-3.
Attached is a figure showing all the area that has been released. This figure should be include in your decision
document. If there are any questions, contact Roy or me.
