The status of the <br />corrective. action reported by Dorn Ready Mix Corp. is as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: Failure to notify the Division of backfilling activities not included <br />in the approved Reclamation Plan <br />This problem is considered resolved as a result of the Operator's submittal of a notice of the <br />proposed backfill activity, including a signed affidavit certifying that the backfill material is <br />clean and inert. <br />If you have any questions, please give me a call at (303) 866-3567 x8116. <br />Sincerely, <br />y. <br />ichael A.
