The location and design of this proposed facility are enclosed as the two attachments. <br />As discussed with you, the pond will serve as a means for both CC&V and Construction <br />Contractors to till watering trucks at the facilities for fugitive dust mitigation efforts at the <br />Cresson Project and make those efforts more efficient. Once the pond is no longer needed, <br />reclamation of the area will he cornpleted to the Post Mining Topography as presented in <br />Drawing FI of the Amendment No. 9 application. <br />CC&V has reviewed this project for impacts to the financial warranty. Because the final <br />regrading plan for the area has already been evaluated as part of the Amendment No. 9 activities, <br />the financial warranty as approved for that portion of the project as approved for Amendment <br />No. 9 does not need to he modified.
