The Division has no
adequacy review questions. However, the Division has calculated the reclamation cost estimate for MR-97.
Attached is the reclamation cost estimate for the emergency hoist at the Hubbard Creek vent shaft site and
a credit for construction not completed at the Hubbard Creek vent shaft. The estimate is two tasks (a
summary sheet and task 281) and represents a decrease in liability of $37,061.00.
The net decrease in liability is because of the credit BRL will receive for not constructing one of the, two
10.5 foot diameter Hubbard Creek vent shafts.
Please inform the Division in writing whether or not this reclamation cost estimate is acceptable to BRL.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
a
Josep J.
