Attached please find the following: <br />• Addendum -1 Proof of Publication. This contains both the required public notice, a sample <br />notification letter and return receipts of the Certified Mailing. <br />• Exhibit C - Addendum 1 Pre- Mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands. This contains a <br />map showing all landowners adjacent to the proposed amendment area. <br />As indicated in our meeting earlier this month we have acknowledged the comments from: <br />1. Army Corps of Engineers - We do not plan to be conducting any mining activities or discharging <br />any dredged or fill materials into the waters of Dry creek. <br />2. Office of Archeology and Preservation - The landowner has indicated at this time a desire to not <br />preserve the indicated sites. <br />3.
