According to our records, the following problem was to be <br />resolved on or before September 30, 2006. Listed below are descriptions and corrective actions for the problem. Please <br />resolve the corrective actions and provide evidence of such resolution on or before May 25, 2009. <br />Please note that if the corrective action is not properly addressed, and evidence provided to the Division by the date <br />provided above, the listed problems could be escalated to the level of possible violations and would then be referred to <br />the Mined Land Reclamation Board for further action. <br />• The topsoil stockpile near the southwest corner of the current mining operation is not protected from <br />erosion by vegetation or other means. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />0 Protect the existing topsoil stockpile from erosion in accordance with Rule 3.1.9(9) and submit <br />photographic documentation of compliance to the Division. <br />If the problem has already been remedied, please provide evidence of its completion.
