Please be advised that if you are unable to <br />satisfactorily address any concerns identified in this review before the decision date, <br />it will be your responsibility to request an extension of the review period. If there <br />are outstanding issues that have not been adequately addressed prior to the end of <br />the review period, and no extension has been requested, the Division will deny this <br />application. <br />6.4.5 Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. The Applicant has stated on page 4 of the Adequacy Review Response that <br />groundwater data from the piezometers will be gathered prior to dewatering <br />operations. Please commit to collecting and reporting five (5) quarters of groundwater <br />measurements prior to starting dewatering operations. <br />2. The Applicant has stated on page 4 of the Adequacy Review Response that a <br />perimeter drain will be installed if differences of 18-24 inches or greater occur from <br />the seasonal groundwater data. Typically the trigger point is based off of three <br />consecutive months of variation from baseline data. Please commit to notifying the <br />Division within 48 hours in the event that the monitoring wells show three <br />consecutive months of exceedance of the 18-24 inch trigger. <br />6.4.12 Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />3. The Mining Plan Map shows a house and several out buildings within the proposed <br />permit boundary. Since these are existing structures that are owned by the Applicant, <br />the Division will not include them in the reclamation cost estimate.
