Box 147 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Fairplay, CO 80440 <br />Re: Conversion Application (CN-01) for Park County Ansley Pit #2, File M-1995-027 <br />Incompleteness Notice #2 L-- <br />Dear Mr. Keith: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, & Safety (Division) received the additional material you <br />provided for the Conversion application for the Ansley Pit #2 that was originally submitted on <br />January 30, 2009. Unfortunately the application is still incomplete. The application package is <br />missing the following items: <br />1) Rule 6.4.6 Exhibit F - Reclamation Plan Map. Please provide a reclamation plan map <br />that includes the post-mining configuration including the new disturbances. <br />2) Rule 6.4.18 Exhibit R - Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder. This is required <br />even though the operator is Park County. <br />3) Rule 6.4.19 Exhibit S - Permanent Man-made Structures.
