Technical Revision 2 -
Dear Tom:
Consistent with your request of 11 January 2006, please find correspondence and
attachments from Bruce Erickson, P.E. of 17 May 2006 addressing final
reclamation costs. His sum of $ 157,312.50 when combined with that of Exhibit L
- Warranty Information from the approved amendment, or $ 90,283.52; should
bring the combined financial warranty to $ 247,596.02.
Also enclosed, find the final grading plan of April 2006 from Anderson Consulting
Engineers; and the CGRS Stability Analysis Report of 17 May 2006. This
information should satisfy the final concerns expressed by the Division, showing
that the existing berm is stable, no significant subsidence of the existing berm
would occur after a flood event, and that the planned final grading will not
adversely impact bank stability of the berm.
The information as provided should allow the Division to approve the Technical
Revision. Thank-you again for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Varra Companies, Inc.
ord ?Jane:s:?
Forester
R-CFiVED
VI'AAY 3 12006
giuisiun •f Minerals and 00109y
fix. 004 c?.
