EXHIBIT 2.05-E3 DRAINAGE AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN TABLE OF CONTENTS INTRODUCTION This exhibit contains all Drainage and Sediment Control (DSC) calculations from Appendices B, B1, and B2 of the original permit for those drainage structures which still exist except for those structures which have been modified and the original calculations superceded by new calculations. This exhibit also includes all revised design calculations for existing structures that have been modified and new design calculations for those structures added subsequent to 1997. All DSC calculations for structures or Small Area Exclusions (SAE's) which no longer exist or have been superceded by new DSC calculation have been eliminated. Exhibit 2.05-E3 is organized and presented under the following sections: Section 1 - East Yard Pond Design Calculations (Designed by M. O.
