We recently received copies of the <br />Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) dated January 6, 2009 and have had the opportunity to <br />review the revised document. Thank you for acknowledging our initial comments on the Preliminary <br />DEIS and for making changes to the DEIS accordingly.
