Staff is pleased to inform Connell <br />Resources, Inc. that the amendment application is approved. <br />The agreed upon reclamation liability increase is calculated to be $396,008.00, added to the existing <br />bond of $105,054.00, for a total bond amount of $501,062.00. Verbal acceptance of the increase in <br />reclamation liability has been received by the Division. Connell Resources, Inc. must submit and have <br />accepted the Financial Warranty for the amendment to the permit to become active. No disturbance to <br />the added disturbance area may occur until the warranties are in place and all other necessary local, state <br />and federal permits (if required) are approved and in place.
