The following is a written response to each of the items. <br />Application Form <br />The correct acreage of the application form has been changed to 25.69 Acres as reflected <br />on Exhibit C. <br />Rule 3.1.10: Reve etation <br />Hay Meadow & Natural seed mix areas are shown on the Reclamation Plan (Exhibit F) <br />with the acreage of each. <br />Rule 6.4.3: Exhibit C - Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />Present vegetation types shown in Exhibit J (Natural and No Vegetation) <br />are shown Exhibit C-Pre-Mining Plan. <br />Rule 6.4.4: Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />Stratum immediately beneath the material is the Denver formation bedrock. <br />This is mentioned in Exhibit D on page 3 of 5. Map is included in Exhibit D. <br />Rule 6.4.7: Exhibit G - Water Information <br />Mining will stop 2 feet above water table level at pit. <br />This is now mentioned on Exhibit C-Mining Plan, and Exhibit D. <br />The statement indicated is located in Exhibit G. <br />Rule 6.4.12: Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />The Applicant proposes a phase bond. A total of six phases. Consisting of the existing <br />mining area and an additional five phases. Reclamation costs of all the phases <br />are shown in Exhibit L. <br />Thank you, <br />Kevin E.
