Everist, Incorporated for this operation. L.G. Everist, Incorporated is now the permitted <br />operator of the Del Camino Sand and Gravel Mine, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-1996-052, as well as <br />those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed are the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />Bond Tyne Bond Number Bond Amount <br />Wachovia Bank Irrevocable Letter of Credit SM212967W $49,450.00 <br />These have been released as of July 7, 2008 Division approval for the succession of operators.
