Division Director <br />CD ® S5.00 per disk DVD ® $20.00 per disk Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation instructions. <br />Computer requirements to use the DBMS document Imaging CD (or DVD): <br />1. A program called QWckView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DBMS inmging CD <br />the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you pcuchan >0 be in the . A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain Slew with the .tif extension: There needs to be an image viewing application for.tif files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-age documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not with QmckView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does work. DRMS has determined that a program called "IrfuiView", which can be downloaded from hfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default.tif viewer. DRMS does not support or endorse <br />this software and the licensing and registration an the user's responsibility, There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Indnictions: <br />1. Insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD fi'om the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Autonm, which rues the QuickView <br />setup prograim, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autoiun program <br />does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program, <br />Imtrac;tions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minimr.state.co.us. <br />The Permit File document Images can be viewed In the reception area of the DRMS ottilee or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. <br />The CD/DVD purchase cost coven the time and labor of making the CD.
