Enclosed you will find information related to participation in the process that will occur <br />as a result of your objections. A date will be set for a pre-hearing conference where your objections will be <br />addressed and the format for the Board hearing will be reviewed. A separate letter will be sent scheduling the <br />pre-hearing conference. So that you are aware, the Board hearing itself will be scheduled for January 9t1' and 10th, <br />2008.
