Cattany <br />881 Grand County 1 Division Director <br />Kremmling, CO 80459 / Natural Resource Trustee <br />?/ .? <br />Re: Yust Ranch Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-2000-014, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-01 <br />Dear Mr. Yust: <br />On January 12, 2009, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on December 12, 2008, addressing the following: <br />Approval to increase maximum allowed disturbance area from 3 to 4 acres. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2000- <br />014. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2000-014 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $12,700.00 exceeds the $7,500.00 performance bond currently held. The Division has <br />received an approvable financial warranty package, but is waiting on the Operator and Warrantor companies to register <br />with the Colorado Secretary of State's Office.
