Dear Mr. Yust:
On January 12, 2009, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved the Technical Revision
application submitted to the Division on December 12, 2008, addressing the following:
Approval to increase maximum allowed disturbance area from 3 to 4 acres.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2000-
014. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2000-014 remain in full force and effect.
The estimated liability amount of $12,700.00 exceeds the $7,500.00 performance bond currently held. The Division has
received an approvable financial warranty package, but is waiting on the Operator and Warrantor companies to register
with the Colorado Secretary of State's Office. The Technical Revision will not be final until the Secretary of State
registration is complete and the bond is approved by the Division.
