Dear Mr. Gardner: <br /> <br />On December 19, 2008, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received the Whitewater Building <br />Materials Corporation request for a 112c Surety Reduction for the Whitewater Building Materials Corporation, <br />Whitewater Pit 500, Permit No. M-1977-129. The request appears to meet the requirements of Rule 4.14. Per rule <br />4.17.2 (2), the office has 60 days to inspect the above mentioned site. Division staff will schedule an inspection <br />of the site within the near future.
