This <br />report shall also serve as the Fourth Quarter Inspection report. The inspection was <br />completed at the Keenesburg Mine site on December 18, 2008. Coors Energy Company <br />is submitting this copy to comply with Division regulation 4.05.9(14). The original of <br />this report has been placed in the files at the site. As an employee of <br />Coors, and as a registered Professional Engineer (State of Colorado #40876), I agree to <br />assume the role, effective with this reporting period.
