This <br />report shall also serve as the Fourth Quarter Inspection report. The inspection was <br />completed at the Keenesburg Mine site on December 18, 2008. Coors Energy Company <br />is submitting this copy to comply with Division regulation 4.05.9(14). The original of <br />this report has been placed in the files at the site. Should you require additional <br />information or have any questions concerning this report, please contact Don MacDonald <br />at 303 277-3455. <br />Sincerely, <br />Benjamin M. Moline, PE <br />Enclosure <br />The relocation of Matthew Cook to another part of Coors, and no longer related to the <br />activities of Coors Energy Company, necessitates a change in the professional engineer <br />who oversees the above referenced activity at the Keenesburg Mine. As an employee of <br />Coors, and as a registered Professional Engineer (State of Colorado #40876), I agree to <br />assume the role, effective with this reporting period.
