The application was deemed incomplete <br />for purposes of filing for the following reason; <br />'TQ.. <br />• Insufficient payment of the $216.00 application fee. <br />Please submit the technical revision application fee on or before January 8, 2009. Failure to do so will <br />result in the application being denied.
