Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Brownstone Quarry, Permit No. M-1997-065, Conversion Approval, Revision No. CN-1 <br />Dear Mr. Striggow: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted by Stone Wholesale, <br />Inc. converting the 110 Mining and Reclamation Permit to a 112 Mining and Reclamation Permit for a total permit <br />acreage of 58.75 acres. A financial warranty in the amount of $220,000.00 was approved by the Division on December 4, <br />2007 allowing the operator to operate under the 112 Permit. In addition the transfer of the permit from Stone Wholesale <br />Corp. to Stone Wholesale, Inc. was approved on January 29, 2008.
