The information and discussion below' address each comment as` it ' was " <br />presented by the Division: <br />I) Introduction <br />The disturbance limits have been revised to `include the sandstone quarry area and haul <br />road and the,two access roads and bridges between the sand and gravel operation and the <br />granite. quarry. The revised 'disturbance limits results in _an estimated total area of 275 <br />acres. <br />II) EXHIBIT C Mining and Pre-Mining-plan Map <br />1) The Existing Conditions Map.(Exhibit C-1) and the Mining Plan Map (Exhibit"C-2) <br />have been revised to include all roads,: buildings, oil & 'gas wells, fines. of any .kind <br />including power lines on the area to be.affected and within 200 feet of-a11 boundaries of <br />such''. a. A search of the Colorado Oil and Gas Commission well location data revealed <br />there, are no oil and gas wells within 200 feet of the mining, boundary. The above listed <br />revised maps are-included as an attachment,to this letter. <br />2) A revised Existing Conditions Map (Exhibit C=1), Mining Plan Map (Exhibit C-2); . <br />and Reclamation Plan.
