Completeness of 110c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit
On November 7d', 2007, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received A. J. Botti Construction and Gravel's
application for a 110c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit amendment package for the Moonscape Pit, Permit
No. M-1997-027. As of today December 3, 2007, the application has met the requirements of completeness for staff
review. The decision date for this application is set for 30 days from the date of this letter which is January 3rd, 2008.
According to rule 1.6.2(1)(d) within ten (10) days after the office notifies the Applicant that the application is considered
filed, publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the proposed mining operation.
