Cattany <br /> <br />November 27 <br />2007 Division Director <br />, Natural Resource Trustee <br /> <br />RE: Enclosed List of objectors to Permit # M-1997-054 Amendment # 1 <br />Dear Sirs and Madame! <br />The Division is in receipt of the enclosed timely objection petition to Front Range Aggregates <br />Amendment application to Permit # M-1997-054. Due to the difficulty of reading some of the <br />names, the Division might have the wrong spelling and address, we apologize. <br />As best as we can make out the names and addresses we are sending you this letter to help us <br />get your printed name address and telephone #, so we can send you the Divisions approval <br />process once a timely objection is received. <br />The Division has requested the operator to waive their right to a decision with in 90 days, to <br />allow us adequate time to review, the supplemental information requested.
