Cattany <br />Paonia, Colorado 81428 Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Bowie No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-96-083, Bowie Resources LLC <br />Technical Revision No. 57, Mine Water Discharge into Somerset Mine, Adequacy Review <br />Comment Letter <br />Dear Mr. Bear: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received an adequacy review comment letter <br />pertaining to the submittal of Technical Revision No. 57 (TR-57) for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. The comment <br />letter is from the Colorado Division of Water Resources and states that they have no objections to the <br />operations proposed in TR-57, provided that the mine water is not used and that the mine water goes to the <br />North Fork of the Gunnison River as proposed in TR-57.
