Public Notice <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on October 16, 2008, a minor revision application (MR-12) to <br />the Lorencito Canyon Mine, Permit No. C-1996-084, operated by New Elk Coal Company, LLC, 122 <br />West First Street, Trinidad, CO 81082 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. This Minor <br />Revision seeks to update the ownership and control information in the permit.
