(SCC) enclosed is an application for a <br />technical revision to remove various silt fences throughout the permit area. The <br />goal of this proposed revision is to show that vegetation has become established <br />to the extent the silt fences are no longer required to treat the run-off from the <br />disturbed areas. <br />Enclosed are revised permit pages 13-13,13-14 and 14-10; revised Table 13-5; <br />revised Figure 14-8; revised Exhibits 813, 58 and SL-16-009; and new Appendix <br />pages 14-6-341 and 14-6-147 through 14-6-149. <br />Sincerely, <br />Tonya K.
