All numeric permit conditions have been met with the
exception of the possible outlier for the field pH value in CRMW 3A well being below the 6.0
s.u. pH limit. A water sample collected from the well at that time was sent to a third party-lab for
analyses. The recorded pH value from that sample was measured at the lab was 6.32 s.u. The
subsequent 4th quarter field pH measured at this location met the permit condition with a
recorded field pH value 6.39 s.u. CC&V will continue to monitor this site, as well as all other
locations, and keep you informed from any further deviations that may be noted in the data.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (719) 689-4057
le rely,
nce lyCompliance Control Administrator
Attachment (3 pages)
xc: Gary Goodrich, Manager, Environmental Resources
