CAM-Colorado LLC has requested an extension of the
decision deadline because the record of decision on the environmental impact statement will not
be final until approximately the middle of July 2009. The DRMS cannot make a final decision
on the permit application until right-of-entry is verified, which be will be accomplished through
the record of decision on the environmental impact statement. The decision deadline for the
referenced permit application will now be July 15, 2009.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please call me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Ad&P?.Fw?
Michael P.
