Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On October 24, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted to <br />the Division on June 19, 2007, addressing the following: <br />Add acreage up to a new total of 65,188 acres. Reclaimed slopes will be reduced to 10:1. The original re- <br />vegetation plan will be used, and the pit floor will be dry. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1983-164. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1983-164 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $28,034.00 exceeds the $14,971.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not <br />already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $13,063.00.
