Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On June 4, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division. on March 6, 2008, addressing the following: <br />Addition of 30 acres. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 2 were approved by the Division and you were notified that the estimated liability <br />amount of $54,893.00 exceeded the $37,303.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not already done so, please <br />submit additional bond in the amount of $17,590.00. <br />Please be aware that if the additional bond is not received by 365 days of the decision date, you will be required to re- <br />notice and re-publish relative to the amendment and to appear before the Mined Land Reclamation Board according to <br />Rule 1.6, as indicated by Rule 4.1(2) and Section 24-4-105(1) and (2) of the Administrative Procedures Act. <br />Additionally, the revision will not be final until the bond is approved by the Division. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (970) 259-5861. <br />Sincerely, <br />t <br />Date A.
