<br />County,'approximately 8 miles north-
<br />east of Paonia, Colorado. Coal inter-
<br />est is Federal and private, and the
<br />surface affected is Private land. The
<br />STATE OF COLORADO permit area encompasses approxi-
<br />mately 340.80 acres.
<br />This proposed decision is based on
<br />a fioding that the proposed operation
