Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Turnpike Mining Resource, Permit No. M-2004-009, Technical Revision Withdrawal, Revision No. TR-2 <br />Dear Mr. Laird: <br />On October 8, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety considered your request for the Turnpike Mining <br />Resource, addressing the following: <br />Withdrawal of Technical Revision TR2 per operator request. <br />The Division has accepted your Technical Revision withdrawal request. The site file has been updated accordingly, and <br />the TR fee of $216 that was submitted to the Division will be returned to Asphalt Specialties as soon as possible.
