MLR Reclamation Specialist:
The Operator (Cheyenne ounty) files this Annual Fee and Report Request of operations
at the Rother Pit # 1 (M-1999-083).
The enclosed map demonstrates the following:
1. Approximately 12,000 cubic yards of sand and gravel material has been mined from
the east portion of the permitted area in 2007.
2. Operator anticipates mining approximately 10,000 cubic yards in 2008.
3. Reclamation is occurring in the form of natural re-vegetation and any other
reclamation that should take place according to Cheyenne County's Reclamation Plan
will not occur until the climate is conducive for such.
The $323.00 fee is enclosed.
