We understand that this request is being made such that the proper bonding level can be determined. <br />We propose to install a gate at the eastern entrance to the mine across the existing 12 foot (approximate) <br />wide road that boarders the proposed mining area along the south. The gate will consist of three to four <br />inch diameter steel pipe and will be hinged on a sin inch diameter steel pipe post. Opposite the hinged end <br />will be another six inch diameter post that will allow the gate to be locked.
